1) What does Beauty Kiwi sell?

Yes. We currently ship to New Zealand addresses.

3) How long does order processing take?

Our order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). This is the time we need to confirm your order, complete checks, and pack it for dispatch.

4) How long does delivery take in New Zealand?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
For rural addresses, please allow an extra 2–3 business days.

5) Where do you ship from?

To keep our range of beauty essentials available and priced competitively, some orders may be dispatched from international fulfilment locations, including Hong Kong.

6) Will I receive tracking details?

Yes — once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details when available. Tracking updates can take a little time to appear after dispatch.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (with all parts included).

To start a return, email support@beautykiwi.nz with your order number and reason for return.

10) How long do refunds take?

If your return is approved after inspection, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
